Her own yoga practice has been a vital tool in her journey to motherhood, and in her recovery from childbirth. She understands and remains curious about the struggles and gifts that come from becoming a mother. She is excited to hold space and bring yoga to women in the community who are grappling with the many and ever changing physical, emotional and spiritual layers that come with the mysterious and unpredictable territory of motherhood. In Claire’s vinyasa classes you will find a relaxing and soulful flow. She intends to help her students show up as they are, create space for themselves and to become embodied. |

Jeanie WrightMovement makes us happy. Life is more beautiful and remarkable when we feel great in our bodies. This fuels Jeanie Wright's work. She started on the path of yoga in 1999, and became a teacher and avid practitioner of yoga in 2001. Seven years later, after studying many styles of yoga, she became enamored with Pilates for the balance it brought to her yoga practice and her body. It was the missing link for her. Jeanie has scoliosis, and when her core is strong her whole body feels stronger and supported. She is endlessly fascinated by the core and how it relates to the rest of the body. In 2014, after she became a new mother, the physical demands of child-rearing and the birth injuries she endured led her to become a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. The knowledge she has learned from healing her body after birth relates to all people, men and women the same, albeit for mother's the knowledge she gained is something she feels every mother should know. The experience she had made her a wiser and better teacher, and a better healer and mover. Whether Jeanie is teaching Pilates, Yoga, or Postpartum Correctives she brings great insight to all of her classes, and is always looking at ways to move that help us heal instead of harm.
